OUR EMAIL MINISTRY
Our email ministry (whether UK or international) operates in exactly the same way as our helpline.
All emails are kept strictly confidential within the Ministry. The volunteer, who responds to your email, cannot see your email address, but can see all previous correspondence with you. This ensures that our conversation with you doesn't always need to start from scratch. Whatever your situation, we will always seek to LISTEN to you, understand your reasons for contacting us (as far as we can), and support you in PRAYER.
WE PROMISE no judgement, no preaching, no advice or direction. Our purpose is solely to help you bring your difficulties or concerns to the Lord in PRAYER, so that you can experience His love and compassion for you, as you are.

A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO CONTACT US
During the last quarter of 2024 we began to receive an increasing number of emails from people in distress or despair, who live in countries outside of UK. We began to realise that many Christians around the world may need listening and prayer support but cannot easily access our Christian Helpline. So, on 1st January 2025, we launched a new international email ministry to enable Christians, wherever they live in the world, to access our support for free, and at times that suit you. We offer confidential and compassionate listening to anyone who needs it, irrespective of their situation, location or religion, and we offer to support you in prayer, if that is something you would like us to do. Jesus' invitation to you is unconditional. He is immediately present to anyone who seeks his love and compassion, his mercy and grace. This is His Ministry, so we are here for you if you need us.
